A walk & talk program that helps career women build connections and receive career guidance from senior women in the city. This is a curated program where at each walk, mentors are pre-matched with up to three mentees based on the question the mentee has asked. The events start with everyone together and then the mentor and mentees walk in a small group for an hour and collectively workshop each mentee’s issue (generally 10 mentors and 30 mentees at each event).

When and Where?

The walks take place before work, from 7.15am-8.30am. The first Calgary walk takes place on April 19 at Prince’s Island Park and there will be six walks a year.

Mentors & Mentees
